Will spent 18 years in senior roles with the British Horseracing Authority in the UK, latterly as the Executive Director responsible for public affairs, policy and communications, working closely with a number of Government departments, in particular the Departments for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, as well as HM Treasury. He has been an active member of the Sports Rights Owners Coalition, the Sport and Recreation Alliance and the Major Event Organisers Association.
He is a past Vice Chair of the European and Mediterranean Horseracing Federation and is also a Director of the British Horse Council.
