Sarah is a property, finance and strategy expert. She was co-CEO and Finance Director at Newbury Racecourse between 2002 and 2014, and led the transformative property development around the racecourse. She was also a Founder director of the Racecourse Media Group in 2004.

Since leaving Newbury she has had senior and non-executive roles in property development and finance, including as a non-executive director at the Newbury Building Society and at the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust.
