Martin has over 34 years experience in risk management roles (including 15 years in the horse racing and betting businesses) with the Hong Kong Jockey Club, McKinsey & Company, Intel Corporation, and the Royal Hong Kong Police. He has a strong background in policy and management for racing integrity, racecourse security and safety, betting industry AML, financial crime risk, anti-corruption, corporate investigations, intelligence, research and risk management.
Martin worked at the HKJC for 15 years as Director of Security & Integrity, and has chaired the Council for Anti-Illegal Betting for the Asian Racing Foundation since it was established in 2017.
